- Items successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

Unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part, return shipping costs and the original shipping fee are borne by the customer.

Important: All returns must be authorized by our customer service team. We do not accept returns without prior approval, and cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.

- Refund: Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
