1. Accurate Information Required

  • Please provide a correct email address, accurate shipping address, and phone number at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
  • We do not accept P.O. Box addresses. Addresses must include apartment/unit numbers if applicable.
  • We cannot ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).

2. Failed Delivery & Refund Policy

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or unclear addresses, refusal to sign, failure to cooperate with the carrier, or failure to provide necessary delivery information. In such cases, any loss incurred will be borne by the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Final delivery: Packages successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer are non-refundable.
